[Bug]: Device settings page and "+" buttons

What happened?

I'm unable to add an attribute in any of Filters as you can show in the video attached. This issue was present even in v.1.39.0 and now in v.1.4.0. it's the same.

No any error in browser Console, I'm using latest Firefox and Chrome versions. I also tried from different computers and also on a mobile phone getting same results. Clearing browser cache does nothing.

(trying to download Frontend state JSON is getting an error on browser console, but for this I'll open a differnt bug report)
