clean coordinator memory

During development of https://github.com/esphome/esphome/pull/7340 I noticed that after some time zStack3x0 stop discovering new devices.

Add memory clean option to z2m. Similar options is present in zha.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It is possible to clean NVM by external tools. It requires disconnecting device which sometimes is not easy.
