Adding SLZB-06 in router mode 'Error: Interview failed because can not get active endpoints

What happened?

trying to ad my spare SLZB-06 which has been flashed as a router but constantly get " 'Error: Interview failed because can not get active endpoints ", the device will eventually pair but within 24hours it seems to go offline with no way to get it back online, upon trying to re-pair, im met with the same " 'Error: Interview failed because can not get active endpoints " loop.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
