[feat] Better feedback for `Action` (reverts to N/A too fast to be useful)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Actions are ephemeral by nature, they disappear too quickly to read/provide decent feedback in the UI in current implementation.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Caching the last value in the browser and displaying it in parentheses. or
• Displaying the last value instead of reverting to N/A with the timestamp in parentheses.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Forced to use logs and go through payloads to find if/when an action triggered during initial setup/debugging.
