Unable to pair Aeotec ZGA001 Range Extender Zi (with french plug)

What happened?

I try to pair the device but Zigbee2MQTT say

Problem present with all browsers.

I use Home Assistant 2024.6.1 on a RPI5 (HASSIO) Addon zigbee2MQTT addon version 1.38.0-1 (https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/releases/tag/1.38.0) My coordinator SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus Firmware zStack3x0 Coordinator revision 20230507 (lastest version)
