[Bug]: Add on does not start - backend starts and works, no user interface/WebUI

What happened?

The addon does not start properly and traffic light stays red and no option to go to web ui or stop the addon. However all devices are functioning properly in Home Assistant and can add devices via the bridge.

I first notice the issue when updating to 2024.2 and at same time i updated zigbee2mqtt to 1.35.3-1. When I did this the devices stopped working so the add on does not work at all. I have returned to HA 2024.1.6 and zigbee2mqtt v1.35-2 and am still having the problem I can't confirm how long before this version was loaded that the front end stopped working as the last time I used web UI was a week before upgrading, Zigbee2MQTT log 20240221.txt

I had that problem after a restore. After a restart of the system running HA this error was gone.
