Warning when entering setting needing mqtt version 5

If using the GUI you put a number in the retention field and you're didn't tell "version5' in the configuration the docker container refuse to start and nothing in Home Assistant tells you what is the problem. If you don't know how to get docker logs from command line you're stuck cause you have no way to correct the problem. The box key is in the box.

I'd like a warning in the GUI when entering any setting that needs mqtt version 5.

I got out of the mess from the command line but Z2M is supposed to be a GUI software.
