GUI takes 7 minutes to become available

What happened?

I start/restart Z2M. Z2M comes online almost immediately as I can see it updating the MQTT zigbee2mqtt/bridge/state to online, and devices are controllable via Home Assistant. However, if I try to access the GUI it doesn't respond for about 7 minutes. There are no errors in the log file that would indicate why. Once it starts working, it works just fine - it just takes about 7 minutes before it works.

Any thought on this at all, or any pointers how to debug it? I have a docker healthcheck setup for this container using the GUI as the test, and as it it taking so long to start, the container never becomes healthy so I've now had to remove the healthcheck.
