Disable mousewheel on edit boxes

Would it be possible to disable the mouse wheel on the edit fields ? E.g. device/settings/debounce. It often changes numeric values to unexpected ones when I try to scroll down the page using the mouse wheel to save settings.

Describe the solution you'd like Just disable mouse wheel event on edit boxes.
