Allow changing of the join timeout

The join timout seems to be hardcoded at 254 seconds, which is often a bit annoying when adding multiple devices. A setting to change this or maybe even an interactive menu with options to permit join for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 etc would be nice.
