Option to adjust power_trasmit when using router firmware

Describe the solution you'd like When using sonoff dongle with coordinator firmware we are able to setup power_trasmit to 20db. When we use router firmware we cant.

Describe alternatives you've considered Add an option at yaml or device configurations on z2m UI to setup power_trasmit to sonoff dongle usb using router firmware
