Add to the default template and add an item template

The file I added to the demo project works for VS 2013 and 2015. There are additional RunConfiguration settings in 2015. If you add them then an exception is thrown in 2013. I should go back and test 2012 to see what works there.

The NUnit section isn't validated at all and of course any test run parameters are currently ignored.
