[documentation] createVideoThumbnail

I cant see any doc on the options for the createVideoThumbnail function, I read the kotlin and swift implementation, I dont see any help there either, and the compression is not a variable but a constant on both sides.

is it possible to have some doc about what headers are supposed to be ?

I tested it and sometimes get thumbnails that are 150ko or more, is it expected that we need to compress them once they are created in a second pass ?
