Why there is no web version. I would love this to self hosted it on my server by example, and being able to access my playlist on every device.

Maybe the question has already been asked, but i can find it.

Legal issue ? Or technical ?

Why would there be? Nuclear is a desktop program, a web version would have to be implemented from the ground up.
