Ability to merge playlists

Hello, Would it be possible to add the ability for a user to merge playlists together? There are a lot of playlists on Spotify/Youtube that have similar themes and I want to combine them into one playlist. Ideally this would have the option to remove duplicates to avoid repeats. Thanks!

Would be better or a good alternative if you could multiselect tracks of a playlist to add to a playlist (or do other actions like play only selected). Other music players like Phonograph do have this multiselect feature.

You can already do that - there are checkboxes next to the tracks.

There's also a select all checkbox. So you could just select all tracks->Add to queue then go to Queue->Save as playlist to merge playlists. Hence, I'd consider this solved(/closable).

If anything it may be useful if you could select "Add to playlist" directly on the options when all are selected and if there was an action "remove duplicates" for the queue (this way you could also edit the playlist at some later point to remove these).

Another related feature that I have in mind but haven't suggested so far is that one could change how often a track plays via ratings/playlist-specific-ratings (some may want to have duplicate tracks as duplicate tracks would play more often in the shuffle mode).

Go ahead, just please remember to create tests for it. The option should be placed in the "..." menu in the playlist view.
