Ability to update scraped Spotify playlists

Hello, Right now I can enter the URL of a Spotify playlist and Nuclear will grab its contents and set it up for me, which is awesome. There are many playlists that change over time on Spotify but keep the same URL, and I'm wondering if there could be a Refresh button or a setting to automatically update the playlist in Nuclear. My understanding is that currently you need to delete the playlist and create a new one from scratch to achieve the same effect. Ideally there would be an option to select whether to only add new songs or to add & remove to keep the playlist matching exactly (so if "Fly Me To The Moon" is taken off the Spotify playlist and "Montero" added, one setting option would have FMtoM replaced with Montero and the other would only add Montero) Thanks!

Hi, to implement this we'd need to store some reference to the original playlist, because currently we just convert it and keep it in internal Nuclear format. If anyone wants to implement this functionality (with tests) I'll be more than happy to work on the PR with them and merge it.
