Local Library Select File as Playlist

I don't want to make or constantly edit .json files when I add or delete music off of my computer Simple solution would be to give add a feature to mark a folder or subfolder as a playlist or let me select the songs from a folder. currently I'd have to make a .Json or add all 400+ country songs I have to a the play queue without hitting the play next button that will magically delete everything in the queue then make the queue a playlist; seems over complicated.
