I was trying to reproduce this in our lab, however is seems latest kernel update for Ubuntu 20 is 5.4.0-173, while you got 5.15.0-97...
@cardigliano I have been using the HWE kernel for Ubuntu 20 for a while now with ice-zc-dkm with no issues. This issue is quite recent
@cardigliano Another related question, Why does pfring-dkms is depended on linux-headers-generic ? I would expect it to compile against whatever kernel I've installed ? I got the same behavior when I installed it on Ubuntu 22.04 using kernel 6.5 (HWE). It installed 5.15 !!
@kirollosawad95 we released a drivers update to support kernel up to 6.8, could you check if they compile on your kernel now?
