The system resrictions are still there with the tiny11 ISO

I opened up the ISO, and the first thing popped up on my screen was "This PC can't run Windows 11" I thought tiny11 removed the minimum system requirements for Windows 11, does anyone know the cause of this issue?

Try installing with rufus on USB and disabling restriction there
