So which is it? Update Winget before MS Store or Using MS Store?

You have to update Winget using Store. You can use the Store without having to update Winget beforehand. Will fix this

I still think this sentence is ambiguous "Note: You might have to update Winget before being able to install any apps, using Microsoft Store." Does it mean...?

1. You might have to update Winget using Microsoft Store before you can use Winget to install any apps OR
2. You might have to update Winget before using the Microsoft Store to install any apps

I suspect number 1
