I have Linux Mint and all the doom launchers are either basic, complex, or not good, can you make a linux version?

I think you can run this under Wine, since the default is for it to be able to "see" all of your filesystem, most features are probably functional, the only one I'm uncertain that it works is the CRT filter, but that could be easily done with VKBasalt, if your source port of choice supports Vulkan rendering (or atleast output through it) or use Gamescope+VKbasalt of other forms of shader injection.

From #122 , it looks like there was some work being done for it to be able to be compiled under Linux, but a year+ later and not a single update.

I'll test a compile later but I don't have much experience with C# and .NET tooling. But yeah, run it through Wine, since it's a simple enough launcher, it won't have much overhead since your source port is probably running natively on you Mint.

Having it compile on Linux is not something I am going to do. There is too much of a time investment there. However, I did work with someone to fix up some issues for Doom Launcher work on the Steam Deck through proton. I am willing do something similar on Linux through Wine.

Maybe a Snap, Flatpak or official AUR package with Wine bundled, or linked to it, would suffice for the meanwhile?
