"Create Zip from directory" should be "Create Zip from directory and put to the library"

Or you can create separate option in "File" menu. I mean creating zip from a folder is pretty easy, don't see a need in what can be done in Windows by hand.

This one has some strange history. There are some zips that package a lot of things together. When the zip grows past a certain file size, .NET isn't able to read it, even if it was created in Windows. This is a work around so that .NET can create the zip file and the user can keep everything together as needed.
