Looking at Block 480410017042002 (2020) and 480410017013003 (2010) Includes Post Oak Mall Apartment Complexes: Sonoma (135 units) Huntington (248 units - built 1981) Falcon Point Condos (93 units - built in 2013) Total expect units: 2010: 135+248= 383 2020: 383+93 = 476

Housing Unit Inventory: 2010 total units: 384; 583 people, avg 1.5 people per unit, 40% poverty 2020 total units: 479; 831 people, avg 1.7 people per unit, 23% poverty (ISSUE WITH using 2010 formula)
