check if private prisons are group quarters

Looking at definition of group quarters - it looks like prisons identified in data may only be for state institutions - what happens for privately run prisons?

State prisons, reformatories, houses of correction, and other state institutions for the confinement and correction of convicted persons and juveniles. Includes only state-operated facilities; excludes cost of maintaining prisoners in institutions of other governments.
