notion opening but discord status doesn't change

I have everything enabled in discord (my rich presence works for the adobe suite, so i know for sure it works), but, with nothing on my status (no music no other rich presence) i double click the rightly configured bat file and it does load notion, with a quick open-close of a cmd, but nothing happens over discord. Anybody can help me?

Hi @Gero670, is something else running in the background which shows up on your discord? Like the Adobe Suite you mentioned? Try closing that first.

Hi @noxeee , thanks for the suggestion, i've tried:

• quitting from the adobe suite and every program related
• closing spotify and killing the task Running the script trough the PowerShell it says online that it's lacking the discord-rp module but i've tried installing it in global or local mode (successfully) but the error still pops up. For the record Notion is opening (so the bat file is working) but i'm not getting any "Notion rich presence running", so i assume the problem is with the index.js? I don't know :(

Strange indeed, maybe I'll try to develop it with the new SDK soon... I've tried it on two windows machines and it was working for me on both.

Maybe show the detailed error messages that came up when you started the .bat file.

first try is running it with npm but i'm not sure it's supposed to work. The last lines are the one i'm talking about, the index.js is starting but not saying "Notion rich presence running" (tysm for still trying in your end)
