OPENAI ERR: Error: Request failed with status code 429 ERR: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'data')

The error 429 is very common and honestly there's no particular reason why this happens. But here's things that can possibly fix it:

Switch to a paid plan. Create a new OpenAI account. Get in contact with OpenAI support.
