Path specification while working from GoogleColab

Hi, I am working on this library from Google Colab. I know how to add a path from Google Colab. But where do I have to mention the respective path in the Scan Class? Also, I have categorized negative and positive images under the same hierarchy of LIDC, e.g. /content/drive/My Drive/LIDC-IDRI-0001/01-01-2000-30178/3000566-03192/Positive/000003

Its not working!
