Sync not syncing workspaces

Everything besides for workspace info is synced.

I have all sync settings ticked.

if you have the time, would you mind sharing your use case that's creating this conflict?

Sure, it's a bit niche. I want to have multiple windows open of the same vault, the only way to do that as far as I am aware is to have multiple local vaults all syncing to one remote vault. And opening the local vaults in separate windows.
