Support adding notes to workspaces

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When having many workspaces created, it can be difficult to identify clearly the purposes of each workspace.

Describe the solution you'd like It would great if one can add briefly notes for created workspaces. Such notes can be listed as a separate column or below the corresponding workspace name. To not take up too much space, the notes may have a smaller font than the workspace name; alternatively, the notes may only appear when hovering on the workspace name.
