[Feature Request] ESC to close the last Hover Editor Window

More often than not, I want to check multiple pages with the hover editor but whenever I want to close and open a new page I need to move the cursor out of the hovering link and the hover editor window and wait for the delay until the window closes before opening a new one.

I second this request. I sometimes find myself inadvertently triggering hover editor when beginning to use a keyboard shortcut for something else. (For example, when I use my keyboard shortcut to go back from a note I clicked the link of.) When that happens, it blocks me from being able to do anything in the main note until I go to the mouse and move it away form the link it's over.

So it would be nice to be able to dismiss it with ESC (and/or a customizable hotkey combo) when I'm either done with it or didn't intend to summon it to begin with.

would also love to see this. holding down the esc key for a second or two with a ui indicator (like loading bar) could be a fun user experience too, but just being able to press esc to close them would be very useful!
