GUI Flickering issue

Bug Report

Flickering in the GUI when moving the mouse around or when typing.

Steps to Reproduce

You can move the mouse around or type anywhere in the program and it will flicker. Visually I am having identical issues to this previous now closed issue post:

Expected Behavior

I expected it to not change colors of flicker whatsoever.
