[Feature] URL-Based Content Import for LocalDocs

It would be highly beneficial to introduce a crawler capability that allows users to import content directly from a single URL or a list of URLs into the LocalDocs section.

This feature would streamline the process of populating the knowledge base with relevant web content, reducing the need for manual copying / file conversion.

Suggested Enhancements:

• Support for importing from both individual URLs and bulk URL lists.
• Option to periodically query the URLs for the latest version of the content and update LocalDocs automatically or on demand.
• Basic logging or change detection to notify users about content updates.
