Not accepting API keys

Bug Report

Upon entering a valid API key, the Install button does not activate and remains greyed out.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter an API key into the remote providers menu
  2. Notice that you cannot install

Expected Behavior

The install button should become enabled.

Your Environment

  • GPT4All version: 3.10.0
  • Operating System: MacOS
  • Chat model used (if applicable): Groq and Mistral
