GPT4all fails to use downloaded gguf file

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you something. I currently want to use this model from huggingface: unsloth/gemma-3-12b-it-GGUF Whether I download it directly from huggingface or through the GPT4all platform internal exploration model download But when you load the model to prepare for the conversation, an error screen will appear.

What is the problem? I have updated GPT4all to a new version However, the default path of GPT4all file is from the original..AppData\Local\nomic.ai\GPT4All I changed it to the D slot, but will this have any impact?

I used the TAIDE-LX-7B-Chat.Q4_K_M.gguf file downloaded from huggingface in the past and transferred it to the new download model path. The D slot can still be used for normal conversation.

What is the problem? Also set the device options for the GPU graphics card. How can I add Vulkan:RTX to my graphics card options?
