[Feature] Add a separate path for Local Docs database

Currently the "Download Path" contains both the Models downloaded and also the LocalDocs Database. I would like the ability to split up the directory and keep the datbase away from the models. This would be a benefit so that models can be shared with other software instead of having to have multiple copies.

But with that being the case you do not want to keep the local database in that directory.
