Response is fast at first. Then slow.

The first 3 or 4 answers are fast. After that it gets slow. And then it comes to a stop.

Every time I abort with ctrl-c and start it is just as fast again. But then the same again. After 3 or 4 questions it gets slow.

I'm running on an M1 macbook.
