[Feature] Prioritising or pausing LocalDocs processing

It would be useful to be able to set priorities for updating folders in LocalDocs, or possibly pause selected ones. Alternatively, GPT4All could automatically prioritise completions.

A big folder that takes weeks to be processed blocks completion of other much smaller folders I could start using immediately. One folder with one file is stuck at 99%, and another one with a few added files is at 98% for days. GPT4All could prioritise these for competition or I could pause the big one for a while.
