GPT4ALL not opening. Windows opens outside the screen

Bug Report

I have installed GTP4ALL v3.3.1 on Windows 10 (22H2) without any error. But when I open the program, a Window opens outside the screen. In the Desktop over view I can see the windows but without any content.
