Cannot install GPT4All from the website but I can from github

Bug Report

When attempting to install GPT4All using the installer downloaded from the official website, the installation process fails to proceed past the "Select Component" tab. There are no options for Components to select so I cannot click next. However, the installation completes successfully when using the installer downloaded from GitHub. No error message is provided during the failure on the official site installer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the GPT4All installer from the official website.
2. Run the installer and proceed through the steps.
3. Installation stops at the "Select Component" tab, and no further progress can be made.

Expected Behavior

I expected the installation to proceed past the "Select Component" tab and complete without issue, similar to the installer downloaded from GitHub.
