[Feature] Custom Display Name and Local User Notes for each model

A way to set a custom display name for a model. This could be displayed in the Choose a model drop down menu in example. Or alternatively (or both) let's add notes to each model. This could be displayed in the installed models screen, in the settings and also in the Choose a model drop down menu.

Hello. Assigning a custom display name can be done in v3.0 and v3.1 by Cloning a model (Settings->Models->select a model->Clone) and assigning it a Name.

Unfortunately cloning is not the solution to me. I have 8 models and if I clone all of them, then they are listed with the original together and its even more cluttered than before. In that case, it would be useful to have a flag to hide certain models, but leave them installed for the clones.

BTW, why not allow a custom display name for original model too? I mean the functionality is there apparently, so we could as well also get it for originals too maybe?
