[Feature] Deactivate (visibly/obviously) the Reload/Refresh icons while the process of "Stop Generating" is going on

Hello.

As of GPT4All 2.7.1, the Reload and Refresh icons/buttons can be clicked during the "Stop Generating" process. They should be inactive during that time, and viceversa.

Also, changing the color of the active icons/buttons/command while mouse-overing them would be useful.

This is a good suggestion, sometimes we don't notice these things :)

I think an even better feature would be for "Stop Generating" to be instant - we have the infrastructure for it now that llama.cpp provides an abort callback.

The stop generating is nearly instant. I think what he is suggesting is that the reload button should be disabled or disappeared when the model is currently generating a response?
