Add clib to support hugo-extended upgrade hugo version to 0.52 add an env HUGO_EDITION to control editions

@aulphar I am sorry that I did not see this until now.

Just quickly checked about "extended" version. It seems like standard and extended versions are not really compatible, and if you don't need to modify the theme you won't need the extended version.

Your PR essentially changes the default installed version to extended. I think we may need two different docker images instead?
