If Google Translate is correct and this (roughly) means

The navigation suggestions at the beginning of the article are made into a menu hover, plus a button that returns to the top so that reading is more friendly, I don't know if you agree with me.

I think this would be really nice. I thought of this before but I was not sure how difficult it is to implement that.
