Any chance of supporting non-EOL versions of node?

Officially, this project only supports versions of Node which are EOL. Things seem to be working okay on Node 14, although it is not officially supported. Node 14 goes EOL in two weeks.

Is this there any plan to update this project to support new versions? Has anyone given thought to what would be necessary to do so?
