Add support for CSS Animations
We like to have a Animations Editor maybe similar what is possible in "Google Web Designer" (or maybe something completely different). It should work with CSS Animations You need to create a concept what should be possible and how that could be achieved in the Designer. What Services do we need, where should it be included (Propertygrid, Dragging Elements, ...) The Tool should be completely optional. So we need to be able to completely disable the usage of it (same as for all extensions). We also would need a Timeline Control as in the "Google Web Designer"
Also Predefined Animations like in WIX Toolkit would be an Idea.

Look also at expression blend maybe. It had some nice Animation support. (For Ideas)
We need a general way, on how Set Styles would set them in a Animation.
