Support callPackage

Documentation should be near its definition. We have some important functions, the fetch* family, that are defined in their own files.

Instead of adding those files with their single comments individually to some configuration, it seems quite feasible to detect invocations of callPackage and follow the path from to a comment near the top of that file.
