Qtile module

Description

I am still fairly new to nix and have created a qtile module for my personal use. This module manages most of qtile's config, but I'm not sure if it's any good by HM perspective. If someone's interested in checking it out, here's the module and an example config

@addy419 out of curiosity, why not submit your current module as a PR and have people share their opinions & contribute their ideas directly to that PR instead creating this issue?
