Unable to find binary cpm.bin

There doesn't appear to be a compiled cmp.bin file anyhere in the repository. I'm not a software developer, I just want to try stuff.

Discovered that it can be found in the Releases section, and successfully installed.

However leaving issue open as the documentation needs amending:

Add this info to the main readme.md in the Usage section. i.e. The cmp.bin file and the disc images needed can be found in the Releases section.
