Feature Request: Keyboard Shortcut Support for VSCode Plugin

As a user who frequently codes in the VSCode editor and relies on gpt-runner for assistance, I would greatly appreciate the addition of keyboard shortcuts for quickly focusing on the gpt-runner input box.

Currently, when I need to ask something from gpt, I have to manually click on the gpt-runner input box which disrupts my workflow. Having a keyboard shortcut to quickly switch focus would significantly enhance my efficiency and user experience.

Would it be possible to consider this feature in the development roadmap?Thank you for your consideration.
