Selecting a formatting option and then writing a text doesn't move the cursor on Chrome Mobile on Android

This happens on Chrome Mobile on Android, not on the desktop. Also doesn't happen with the official example on Chrome Mobile.

this still happens. also seems it's not possible to move cursor back to a line above once you move to a new line
